What should I include in my first inquiry?
Share your project stage, expected quantities and target delivery date. If available, include your BOM, PCB / Gerber files, test plans, box-build instructions and any special process requirements.
Can we talk before my files are complete?
Yes. We welcome early-stage engineering discussions as well as prototype, OEM / ODM and volume-production inquiries. Share what you have and the decisions you need help with.
How quickly can I receive a quotation?
Our quotation targets are within 24 hours in quick mode for early-stage projects, and within 72 hours for a precise OPEN-BOM quotation for mass production. Complete inputs are needed; our team will confirm timing for your scope.
