Connect the observation to the assembly, material or document revision in question.

Review against the reference
Check the observation against the applicable requirement and involve the assigned reviewer.

Agree the action
Document the authorized disposition, including isolation, rework or further investigation where required.

Confirm closure
Record any follow-up checks and the decision required before handoff.
